Over the past few weeks, I’ve been getting asked this question more often simply because of the shutdown related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
However, it’s just as valid a question at any time during any year.
Leading a virtual team is NOT the same as leading an in-person team. The principles of leadership are the same. However, it’s the application of those principles that’s different.
