As a business owner/entrepreneur, one of the great joys of your job is hiring and employing people. At the same time, one of your greatest frustrations is probably the same (people).
They don’t always do what you want them to do, the way you want them to do that activity. They don’t always produce the results you’re paying them to produce. They frequently like to take shortcuts. They sometimes do exactly opposite what you want them to do. Etc.
So, how can you turn that around and eliminate the vast majority of those employee problems?
Well, there are two parts to my best answer to that question. The first is a little more obvious, however, it’s the second that I believe is the real secret that the vast majority of business owners and entrepreneurs don’t employ.
